Deposits are due at time of approved project design and remaining balance at acceptance of the final project.
All projects are custom builds and no return policy is offered. All products have a life time guarantee under normal conditions and will be repaired or replaced. As all items are custom build from natural materials appearance can not be gaurenteed but will attempt to achieve a similar appearance.
